I ordered these products not because of acne problems, which I have very few, but I wanted to lighten my few years old freckles on cheeks and nose from the sun. I have been using all three for a couple of week now, and I really feel that my overall skin condition has dramatically improved - smoother, no new acne, old acne scars and freckles are fading. I just received my 3 piece skincare system and have only used it once so far, but my face already feels clean and softer. The cleanser did sting a little bit but certainly no worse than other cleansers I've used made to control acne. No it doesn't get soapy, but many other acne cleansers don't get soapy either, so I don't see why that's an issue for some people. I'm 39 and have been dealing with acne since I was 13, I'm really tired of it.

I've tried Proactive and most other otc products with little to no success in helping to clear my skin, which is also sensitive, so some products seem to cause more harm than good. I usually avoid using any kind of moisturizer on my face because they always make me break out. So, I'm giving this entire 3 piece system a try and I'm in the middle of a very bad acne breakout. I'll see what happens and I'll give an update when I have some results, good or bad.
